Job summary

Morgan Pavement in Utah is seeking experienced Mechanics to repair and maintain heavy diesel trucks, trailers, and equipment used in asphalt maintenance construction. Tasks include service on hydraulics, conveyors/belts, and electronics while staying on a shop floor environment.

Welding experience and a CDL are a plus; applicants must provide their own tools. Pay is $25-$30 per hour based on experience, with overtime for all hours over 40 per week.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of heavy equipment or diesel experience.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Must supply own tools and toolbox.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of heavy diesel trucks and trailers.
• Maintain equipment used in asphalt maintenance construction; hydraulics, conveyors/belts, and electronics.
• Be able to work in a shop environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
