Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hands-on diesel/heavy-duty repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with growing independence.
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and follow repair schematics

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and safety issues on trucks and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service.
• Repair components across engines, brakes, steering, suspension, exhaust, cooling, fuel, and electrical systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify repair needs.
• Document work performed and parts used accurately.
• Test equipment after repairs to verify operation and safety.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to team.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures
