Job summary

All Fleet Inc. is expanding in Northwest Indiana and is hiring a mobile diesel tech to cover Gary and the surrounding corridor. You will diagnose and repair semi-trucks, trailers, and more, with on-site field work across the metro area.

Earn $25–$50/hr with performance-based commission, get paid weekly, and enjoy full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, and life insurance, plus two weeks paid vacation starting day one.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with truck/trailer repairs.
• Your own tools (not provided).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Capable of passing a drug test, DOT physical, and MVR check.
• Customer-first attitude and professional demeanour.
• Flexibility for 24/7/365 support and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair semi-trucks, trailers, and more.
• Service brake systems, electrical, suspensions, lighting, tires, and diagnostics.
• Perform field repairs across the metro, including downtown and industrial areas.
• Maintain detailed records of parts and services.
