Job description

Job Title: Diesel Mechanic

Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00-$34.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with trucks.
2. Perform preventative maintenance on trucks.
3. Perform both major and minor repairs on trucks.
4. Provide on-site and emergency roadside assistance as needed.
5. Keep work areas clean.
6. Report to the lead mechanic in the shop.
7. Must be able to diagnose and repair all aspects of trucks.

Qualifications:

1. 1+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic.
2. CDL preferred but not required.
3. Must have own tools.

Experience:

1. Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Preferred).
2. Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred).
