Job description

maintenance on our tractor and trailer equipment at our brand new Martin Brower shop in Philadelphia. (these positions will be based out of Coatesville until this shop opens up in September 2025)

Shifts Available: Sunday-Wednesday 5:00am - 3:30pm

Monday - Friday: 1:00pm - 9:30pm

Sunday - Wednesday OR Tuesday-Friday: 2:00pm - 12:30am

Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday: 9:00pm - 7:30am

Pay: $28.00-$32.00/HR based on experience and qualifications

Position Responsibilities:

• The Fleet Technician focuses on the preventative maintenance of the fleet diesel equipment, identifying root causes of basic failures to perform repairs as needed
• Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance
• Inspect brake systems to ensure proper operating condition and ensure equipment has required licensing and registration
• Use hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers and perform routine maintenance like changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery
• Examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and safety devices
• Other duties as assigned
