Maverick Transportation, LLC is hiring immediately for Diesel Mechanics at our Portage, IN location. You will maintain, diagnose and repair commercial vehicles and related equipment, and support a comprehensive Tire Program to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with on-the-job training or related schooling.
• 7 to 11 months of related experience and/or training, plus 1 to 6 months of related management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial vehicles and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment within specified Service Repair Times (SRT).
• Follow established maintenance procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
• Oversee and participate in the Tire Program inspections, replacements, and maintenance.
