Job summary

Mullens Markings is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic – Day Shift to maintain and repair our fleet of trucks and equipment in Culpeper, VA. You will diagnose problems, perform preventative maintenance, and keep accurate maintenance records to ensure readiness for our crews.

We value strong troubleshooting skills, experience with diesel, hydraulic and electrical systems, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience.

Mullens Markings is looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic – Day Shift to maintain and repair our fleet of trucks and specialized equipment. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, working independently, and taking pride in quality repairs, we'd love to hear from you.

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

In this role, you'll help ensure our fleet and equipment are maintained, repaired, and ready for our crews and operations.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
• 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Experience working on pavement marking or roadway construction equipment is a plus!
