A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, skilled 1st shift Diesel Mechanic to join our Fleet Maintenance team in Elkridge, MD. This role requires technical skill with heavy duty trucks and is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing the company’s fleet.

We offer competitive wages of $30–$45 per hour, weekly pay, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. PTO, holidays, and disability coverage are included.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience repairing/maintaining Class 8 trucks.
• Complete set of hand tools for heavy truck repair.
• Vocational or Technical Training in diesel/heavy-duty vehicle experience; HS Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and general repairs on Class 8 trucks.
• Troubleshooting and repairing brakes, air systems, electrical components, suspension systems, etc.
• Diagnosing and performing necessary repairs to the engine, electrical, and exhaust after-treatment systems.
• Inspecting and replacing general components as required.
