We have dozens of ready-mix and asphalt production facilities around the state of Iowa. Our massive fleet of dump and ready-mix trucks serves thousands of job sites every year. In addition, our concrete and asphalt paving divisions, along with our various other crews, complete hundreds of projects every season.

Manatt's is hiring a Diesel Mechanic in Brooklyn

Responsibilities include:
  1. Perform work duties safely, avoiding risks to others.
  2. Work effectively in a team environment.
  3. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques to enhance proficiency.
  4. Perform routine preventive maintenance and detailed inspections on various equipment.
  5. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues promptly.
  6. Provide accurate repair consultations.
  7. Deliver high-quality repairs efficiently.
  8. Use OEM diagnostic software for proper repairs on equipment and trucks.
  9. Complete work orders accurately and electronically.
Qualifications:
  1. Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodations.
  2. Pass pre-employment drug screening and physical.
  3. Class A or B CDL preferred; assistance in obtaining one after hire will be provided.
  4. Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  5. Own basic hand tools.
  6. Valid driving record.
  7. Strong communication, analytical, and basic computer skills.
  8. Availability for overtime as needed.
