Job summary

Professional Placement Services in Beaver County, Aliquippa, is seeking a solid Diesel Mechanic to work on major truck brands and keep vehicles on the road.

You'll diagnose problems, perform engine overhauls, and handle PMs while working in a busy shop that offers excellent pay, overtime, tool allowance, and comprehensive benefits including insurance and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Diesel mechanic experience or formal tech school training.
• Ability to diagnose and repair truck systems.
• Own tools required.
• Dealership experience is a plus.
• ASE certifications helpful but not required.
• CDL Class B a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing medium & heavy-duty diesel trucks.
• Engine overhauls and rebuilds.
• Work on transmissions, brakes, suspensions, clutches, AC, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs).
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Document repairs and work orders.
• Keep your shop area clean and safe.

We’re looking for a solid Diesel Mechanic who knows their way around heavy trucks and takes pride in fixing things right the first time.

You’ll be working on major truck brands like:
International Mack Kenworth Peterbilt Freightliner Volvo CAT

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
