**Position Overview:**

The Mechanic's primary responsibility is to ensure the fleet of trucks, semis, heavy equipment, and other machinery functions properly by diagnosing, performing repairs, and preventative maintenance.

**In This Role You Should Expect To:**

1. Determine service needs of equipment and make repairs
2. Complete preventative maintenance on equipment including oil changes, brakes, and tires
3. Maintain cleanliness and organized workspace
4. Report major damages to supervisor
5. Operate all equipment including trucks safely
6. Champion a Safety Culture
7. Follow all company policies and procedures
8. Perform other duties as assigned

**Who You Are:**

• At least 18 years of age

• Ability to follow detailed instructions

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history

**Physical Requirements:**

• Lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 30 pounds repeatedly

• Operate company truck
• Repetitive use of both hands
