The Diesel Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining heavy and support equipment at transfer stations and material-recovery facilities, ensuring safety and professionalism.
Requires physical effort such as exerting effort to handle objects under 40 pounds, standing for up to 12 hours, and working in all weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
