We are a small, fast-growing dump truck company seeking a hardworking and skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. This role plays a critical part in keeping our fleet running reliably and efficiently. If you have hands-on experience with diesel engines, heavy equipment, and farm machinery—and want to grow with a close-knit team—this could be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics on diesel engines and related systems

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, including dump trucks and farm machinery

  • Use power tools and diagnostic equipment effectively for high-quality repairs

  • Work with shocks, struts, suspension systems, and other key components

  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation of parts used

  • Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues

  • Ensure safety standards are met when operating heavy machinery or cranes during repair work

  • Stay current on diesel engine technology and repair techniques

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic

  • Proficiency with power tools and diagnostic systems

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high repair standards

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Hydraulic systems

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Certifications in diesel repair are a plus

  • Education is a plus, but not required
