Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our busy, fast-paced towing company. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will assist our team of drivers by diagnosing and repairing issues with trucks to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

The qualified candidate must have an in-depth understanding of diesel tow truck systems and components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) certification is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Must be able to work on Cummins, Rams, Fords 550 & 650, and Peterbilts.
• Must have diesel mechanic experience.
• Must live within 20 miles of Saddle Brook, New Jersey.
• Candidates are required to have their own tools.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
