• Hourly Pay: $34.28 per hour
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 every quarter
• Sign-On Bonus: $1250 at 30 days and $1250 at 90 days
• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday
• Hours: Second Shift Sunday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or technical certification preferred
• Basic tools required
• Experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, including:
• Routine maintenance (oil changes, brake and tire work)
• Basic diagnostics and repairs (AC, electrical systems)
• Three or more years of relevant experience preferred
• Valid CDL Class A preferred
• Other certifications as required by location

Additional requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with heavy and medium-duty equipment repairs and diagnostics
• Computer skills: PC, Windows, mouse, etc.

This position requires driving Ryder vehicles. To become an employee, you must:

• Obtain CDL within 6 months of hire
• Pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, background, and motor vehicle checks

Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, inspections, repairs, and supporting operations. You will also mentor junior technicians, access maintenance documents, and support compliance guidelines.
