Farmland Fresh Dairies, LLC. is seeking skilled diesel mechanics to service and maintain our fleet of trucks, including reefer units. The role offers training, certifications, and career advancement within a supportive team.

Schedules include two shifts: 1pm–9pm, Tuesday to Saturday, and Sunday to Thursday. Compensation ranges from $35/hr to $40/hr based on experience, with up to $10.50/hr extra premiums for CDL, welding, EPA 609, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing diesel trucks and fleet maintenance.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Ability to complete DOT inspections and safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on diesel trucks.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Conduct DOT inspections and safety checks.
• Complete truck diagnostics and troubleshooting using advanced tools.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repair quality.
• Maintain detailed service records and repair logs.
• Keep shop equipment clean, safe, and running smoothly.
• Conduct inspections and test drives to confirm repair quality on various motor vehicles.

About The Role

We're looking for skilled diesel mechanics, diesel technicians, and truck mechanics at all experience levels to service and maintain our fleet of Volvo, Mack, Freightliner, and Isuzu trucks—including reefer units—and to work alongside a skilled team that supports ongoing training, certifications, and career advancement.

Schedules Available

• Tuesday to Saturday: 1pm–9pm
• Sunday to Thursday: 1pm–9pm

Compensation Based On Experience

• A-Level / Senior Mechanic: $40/hr (5+ years)
• B-Level / Intermediate Mechanic: $35/hr (2–5 years)

Earn up to $10.50/hr. additional premiums for

• CDL Class A or B
• Welding experience
• EPA 609 Certification
• Diagnostic / troubleshooting skills
• Shift differentials
