Job summary

Sealing Agents in North Carolina is seeking highly motivated mechanics to join our fleet maintenance team. You will service and maintain large trucks in the foundation coating and material spreading division and help manage a fleet of over 250 vehicles.

The role requires diesel and gas engine expertise, hydraulics experience, and a strong safety record. You will perform lube and maintenance, operate vehicles, and adapt to a flexible schedule with occasional long days.

Qualifications

• A-level technician with diesel and gas engine expertise.
• Hydraulics experience strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in diesel engine repair, mechanical knowledge, and diagnostic software preferred; entry-level with aptitude encouraged.
• Safe driving record and drug-free (must pass a drug test).
• Physically fit to meet the demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform lube and automotive maintenance.
• Operate vehicles safely and provide mechanical support for fleet vehicles.
• Conduct maintenance tasks indoors and outdoors, with the ability to bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel as needed.
• Lift up to 70 lbs repetitively.
• Deliver excellent service to staff and customers.
• Commit to a flexible schedule, with occasional 10–12 hour days as needed.
• Maintain prompt, daily attendance at the assigned location.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
