Mac Haik Southway Ford in San Antonio, TX is hiring Experienced Diesel Technicians for our new 22-Bay Ford Pro Elite facility. Earn six figures with strong production and career growth in a modern shop.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience diagnosing Ford Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax diesel engines.
• Strong diagnostic abilities across fuel, emissions, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems.
• Provide accurate mechanical estimates and complete work on time.
• Prioritize quality workmanship and first-time fix.
• Collaborate with parts and service leadership to support production.
