We're hiring! Join our team and put your skills to work keeping our fleet safe, compliant, and running smoothly. We’re looking for a Certified Diesel Mechanic who takes pride in their work, knows the ins and outs of trucks and trailers, and values doing the job right the first time.

• Perform DOT inspections on trucks and trailers, ensuring compliance with all federal safety standards.
• Conduct daily yard checks each morning to identify any mechanical issues before dispatch.
• Handle routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
• Perform safety-sensitive functions in accordance with company and DOT regulations.
• Complete post-trip inspections when drivers return to the yard, identifying any immediate repair needs.
• Mount and dismount tires, ensuring proper balance and tread depth compliance.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor to major diesel system issues as needed.
• Proven experience working on semi-trucks and trailers.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded.
