Job summary

Falzone Towing is seeking a skilled diesel mechanic to join our family-owned team. You will maintain and repair our fleet of heavy-duty trucks and trailers, and provide on-site or in-shop service to customers.

A strong work ethic and reliability are essential as you diagnose issues and ensure top-quality workmanship. The role requires at least 2 years of diesel mechanic experience, your own tools, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience required.
• Your own set of tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class A or B – a plus, not a dealbreaker.
• PA Class 8 Inspection License – preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair our fleet of heavy-duty trucks and trailers, as well as customers' tractors and trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and solve problems efficiently — your expertise directly impacts the team.
• Deliver top-quality service both in-shop and on road service calls.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team to hit service goals.
• Pitch in on occasional weekends when the work demands it.
