Job description

We are a local, family owned dealership that is looking for an experienced multi-brand auto technician. We have more work than we know what to do with and are continuing to grow. We have a second to none culture here- sales and service not only get along but they help each other out. We refer to ourselves as the 'un-dealership.' We have no egos or prima-donnas in the shop- so we are looking for someone similar. Culture is everything to us. This position requires at least 5-7 years of experience at a dealership or independent shop and solid euro/diesel experience are required. ASE certifications are a strong bonus. This isn't a new car dealer recon department- we do more than just brakes and filters. We work on big jobs- timing chains, oil cooler separators on Euros, engine installs, transmission installs and head gaskets. If you want to be challenged and grow- this is the place for you!

Part of our 'un-dealership' approach and mentality is a pay plan that makes sense for you. You will see our pay plan is transparent, aggressive and beneficial to the technician- the more you flag the more you make. Period. You will never see any other store post their pay plan to the public for all to see. This is flagged hours per two-week pay period and retro back to the first hour, we are turning away work because we are so busy. We expanded service with 4 Brand new rotary lifts, going from 8 to 12, as well as a Hunter HawkEye Alignment rack.
