About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join a well-established company in Florida. You’ll be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing trucks and equipment. This includes engines, transmissions, driveline, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on trucks and equipment.

  • Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical/mechanical systems.

  • Collaborate with drivers and operators on issues and maintenance needs.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workshop.

  • Follow OSHA and DOT regulations at all times.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of Diesel Mechanic/Technician experience.

  • Degree or certification in Diesel Mechanics/related field preferred.

  • Experience with Cummins, Duramax, International, and similar equipment.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Valid driver’s license with clean record (CDL preferred but not required).

  • Hands-on experience with repairs to semis, tractors, and trailers.
