Titan Machinery seeks a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel equipment with precision and professionalism. You will work with the service team to deliver high-quality workmanship and timely service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology, own tools, and a strong focus on documentation and communication. Travel to training and customer locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or a related program.
• Must be willing to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
• Must have own tools and perform work independently with initiative.
• Exceptionally strong documentation and communication abilities.

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems per manufacturer specs.
• Document findings, repairs, and timelines clearly with service team and customers.

Overview

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service for diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship
• Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability
• Safety and Compliance:Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments

Qualifications

Required:
