Qualifications

• 2+ years of Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Technician experience.
• Strong hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• Own tools required.
• Class B CDL (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heavy construction equipment and diesel-powered machinery.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and engine components.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Complete service documentation accurately.
• Travel to customer job sites (up to 50%).
• Follow all safety procedures.
