Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. in Deer Valley, AZ is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic – Technician II to diagnose and repair diesel construction equipment. You will work in a shop, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.

Candidates must bring their own tools; 3-5 years of diesel mechanic experience is preferred and diagnostic software experience is a plus. Pay ranges from $27 to $35 per hour and is paid weekly. We are a Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably with a construction equipment background.
• Must have the tools you need to do the job; your hands will only get you so far.
• Experience with diagnostics and repairs, not just preventative maintenance.
• Experience using diagnostic software and tools.
