Advantage Truck Group (ATG) is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician in Westfield, MA. The role offers hourly pay DOE, overtime, and a monthly performance bonus within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years technician experience.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license; CDL and DOT health card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, or overhaul buses, trucks, and heavy equipment.
• Test drive and inspect vehicles.
• Diagnose malfunctions and consult with customers on diagnosis.
• Read and interpret diagnostic test results.
• Raise trucks, buses, and heavy parts using hoists.
• Inspect brake systems, steering, transmissions, engines.
• Perform routine maintenance and lubrication.
• Repair or replace malfunctioning components and systems.
• Test-drive vehicles after repair to ensure proper operation.
