Job summary
Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Mechanic/Vehicle Technician in Saint Cloud, MN. You will diagnose and repair gasoline engines, powertrain components, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical systems, and diesel emission systems for our fleet.
This full-time role offers starting pay of $24.00-$30.75 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Schedule: Mon-Thurs 3:00 PM start, Fri 12:00 PM, occasional Saturdays; benefits available.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 2 years technical instruction in diesel or auto mechanics preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair gasoline engines and powertrain components, hydraulic brakes, steering and suspension systems, electrical systems, and diesel emission systems.
- Perform routine truck inspections and maintenance of fleet equipment.
- Follow shift leader instructions and work with or without a team.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment.
- Must have own tools or obtain tools to complete duties.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
