Marten Transport is hiring skilled diesel mechanics in New Albany, MS to keep our award-winning fleet moving. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel trucks and fleet equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and rebuild components as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with diesel truck maintenance and repairs preferred.
• Lite/medium/heavy duty mechanical experience is valuable.
• All automotive experience is considered.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel trucks and fleet equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as needed.
• Rebuild and repair equipment components when required.
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety procedures, EPA regulations, and maintenance standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
