Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods in an industrial environment.
• Team player in a fast-paced setting with attention to root-cause analysis.
• Willing to work overtime as necessary.
• Capable of a wide range of physical activities (pulling, reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling).
• Experience with hydraulics/pneumatics, wiring, and heavy equipment.
• Proficient in reading technical documents, diagrams, and service manuals.
• Welding, cutting, and fabrication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• DOT and AC 609 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates dependability in attendance, work completion, and flexibility to meet business needs
• Effectively communicates with co-workers and customers in a positive manner
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs when needed
• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows safety regulations
• Performs DOT maintenance on road tractors and trailers
• Prepares and maintains accurate records of services and repairs
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
