G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Technician/Diesel Mechanic to service and repair our vehicle fleet. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure safety and reliability of all equipment.

Responsibilities include servicing gas and diesel engines, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. A valid driver's license and 1 year of truck experience are required; a relevant technical degree is preferred.

Formación

• 1 year of experience with medium to heavy-duty trucks.
• Preferred: Vocational/Technical degree or 2-year associate in diesel mechanics.
• Valid Driver's License and insurability.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on gas and diesel engines.
• Maintain trailers and warehouse equipment (walkie riders, forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Operate PIT equipment (forklifts, motorized pallet jacks) safely.
• Adhere to OSHA, safety standards, and company policies; wear PPE.
• Order parts and maintain parts inventory.
• Complete maintenance records and required paperwork.
