Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years experience on heavy-duty trucks/equipment.
• DOT inspection experience required (1+ year).
• Must provide own basic tools.
• Mechanical certifications preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and physical tests on hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and follow safe work practices.
• Move company equipment safely around the yard as needed.
• Assist drivers with addressing vehicle issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on fleet.
• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, batteries, lubrication).
• Complete daily checklists as required.
• Ensure equipment is parked/secured per DOT rules.
• Maintain the facility through housekeeping and related tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
