Job summary

Maschmeyer Concrete Company seeks experienced Fleet Maintenance Technicians to join our teams at Ready-Mix Concrete plants across Florida. You will maintain and repair heavy-duty Class 8 trucks, perform timely repairs, and triage issues to keep our fleet running in all weather conditions.

Candidates should have 3+ years of mechanic experience, own a set of tools, and hold a valid driver's license (CDL preferred). Travel to nearby plants may be required; the role is outdoors with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanic experience.
• Valid Driver License with driving record that meets company standard.
• CDL license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Identify and triage repairs accurately.
• Safely operate company vehicle to provide roadside assistance to disabled fleet.
• Travel to other plants within the region as necessary.

Maschmeyer Concrete is seeking experienced, reliable, and efficient Fleet Maintenance Technicians to join our teams at Ready‑Mix Concrete plants in major cities throughout Florida.

Fleet Mechanic Specifications

• 3+ years of mechanic experience
• Experience with heavy‑duty (Class8) trucks, preferred
• Experience in the ready‑mix concrete industry, preferred
• Valid Driver License with driving record that meets company standard
• CDL License preferred
• Possess set of tools
• Able to work 7 days a week, with the majority of the work performed outdoors and in all weather conditions

Fleet Mechanic Tasks and Responsibilities

• Complete repairs in a timely manner
• Identify and accurately triage repairs
• Safely operate company vehicle to provide roadside assistance to disabled fleet
• Travel to other plants within the region as necessary
