Job summary

Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida is seeking experienced Fleet Maintenance Technicians for Ready-Mix Concrete Plants across Florida. Prior experience in the ready-mix concrete industry or with heavy-duty trucks is preferred.

The role includes repairing and triaging fleet issues, operating company vehicles for roadside assistance, and occasional travel to other plants within the region. Positions require being outdoors in all weather, seven days a week, with competitive hourly pay and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanic experience.
• Experience with heavy-duty (Class 8) trucks, preferred.
• Experience in the ready-mix concrete industry, preferred.
• Valid Driver License with driving record that meets company standard.
• CDL License preferred.
• Possess set of tools.
• Able to work 7 days a week, with the majority of the work performed outdoors and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Identify and accurately triage repairs.
• Safely operate company vehicle to provide roadside assistance to disabled fleet.
• Travel to other plants within Region as necessary.

Maschmeyer Concrete is seeking experienced, reliable, and efficient Fleet Maintenance Technicians join our teams at Ready-Mix Concrete Plants in major cities throughout Florida.

Prior experience in the ready-mix concrete industry or with heavy-duty trucks is preferred.

Fleet Mechanic Specifications
