Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on diesel tractor and trailer equipment in compliance with DOT and OSHA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of work experience required.
• Diesel tractor and trailer maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs on vehicles.
• Perform preventative maintenance within fleet department.
• Respond to service calls as required.
• Create work orders in SAP and log times and tasks.
• Maintain tools and clean up work area at shift end.
• Participate in safety training.
• Communicate vehicle status to other departments.
