You will perform oil changes, diagnostics, and parts replacement while upholding OSHA safety standards and aiding fellow technicians as needed. Overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively and stay organized on a busy shop floor.
• Ability to diagnose and repair fleet vehicles and diesel engines.
• Proficient with hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Work in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Virginia State Inspection License is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair fleet vehicles to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Perform routine oil changes, filter swaps, and fluid checks.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot codes and parts failures.
• Repair or replace worn parts such as brakes, alternators, steering, and suspension.
• Perform safety checks on lights, tires, seatbelts and other critical components.
• Assist other technicians as needed and handle additional duties.
