Automotive Diesel Mechanic | $39-43+ /hr DOE. | Full Benefits | Pineville, NC.

We're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our Pineville, NC – based fleet service team. If you’re a pro with diesel and gas trucks who wants to work for a stable, high‑paying operation, we want to talk.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday – Friday Day Shift (set hours confirmed during interview)

What You’ll Work On

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel and gas‑powered trucks, vans, and medium‑duty vehicles
• Preventive maintenance and DOT inspections
• Perform test drives and make system adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate service records and manage shop equipment
• Conduct field repairs in various weather conditions

What You Bring

• 3‑4 years’ experience as a diesel or fleet mechanic
• GED or High School Diploma
• Valid driver’s license and own tools
• Must pass background check
• Strong accountability and customer service mindset
