Job summary

Workforce Services in Menlo Park, CA is seeking an experienced Automotive Diesel Mechanic to join our fleet service team. This hands-on role focuses on diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing diesel and gas-powered trucks and vans.

We offer a full benefits package, a Monday–Friday day shift, and competitive pay ($42–$46+ per hour DOE). Bring 3–4 years' diesel mechanic experience, a valid driver's license, and your own tools.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of diesel or fleet mechanic experience.
• GED or High School Diploma.
• Valid driver's license and own tools.
• Must pass background check.
• Strong accountability and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel and gas-powered trucks, vans, and medium duty vehicles (Sprinters).
• Preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Perform test drives and make system adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and manage shop equipment.
• Conduct field repairs in various weather conditions.

We're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our Menlo Park-based fleet service team. If you're a pro with diesel and gas trucks who wants to work for a stable, high-paying operation we want to talk.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday Day Shift, 2am-10:30am
