Qualifications

• General knowledge of EGR/emissions control systems, foundation, air, and ABS brake systems, and DC electrical systems.
• Understand the importance of diagnosis and repair versus parts replacement.
• Basic computer knowledge with good written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on tractor systems including diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, HVAC, satellite/cellular systems, electrical, suspension, and tires.
• Utilize computer systems to accurately create, track, and complete work order repairs including the tracking of time and parts used.
• Provide superior customer service to drivers.
