C.R. England, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic for the Front Royal, VA area to work an overnight schedule.

The role pays $26.00 to $30.00 per hour and offers a strong benefit package including weekly pay and a safe shop environment. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing diesel truck systems, reading repair manuals, and maintaining high safety standards. We seek skilled technicians with experience on Freightliners or Detroit engines and a commitment to continuous training

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EGR/emissions control, foundation, air, ABS brake, and DC electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose vs. parts replacement; basic computer skills.
• Ability to read repair manuals and complete repair orders.
• Experience with Freightliners or Detroit engines is a plus.
• Must be 18+ years old; HS diploma or GED; trade/technical schooling preferred.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair tractor systems including diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, HVAC, electrical, suspension, and tires.
• Use computer systems (TMT, TMW, internet) to create, track, and complete work orders with labor hours and parts.
• Move equipment around yard and maintain a safe work area per policy.
• Provide superior customer service to drivers and teammates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership; maintain a positive, collaborative work culture.
