Job summary

Blanchard Machinery in South Carolina seeks a Shop Technician II to perform complex maintenance, diagnostics, and routine repairs on CAT and allied equipment with moderate supervision. You will apply hands-on training and operate safely to keep equipment in top condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing diesel equipment preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret electrical/hydraulic schematics and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diesel and hydraulic equipment.
• Operate safely and adhere to company safety policies.
• Complete service reports, parts requisitions, and timecards accurately.
• Inspections and testing to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Install or replace repair parts and maintain clean work areas.
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision when possible.
