Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology, own tools, and the ability to travel for offsite training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology.
• Willingness to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
• Must have own tools.
• Keen attention to detail, high initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional Documentation and Communication Abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition diesel machinery per manufacturer specs with high quality workmanship.
• Document findings, repair needs, and timelines; communicate with the Service Manager, team and customers.
• Pursue ongoing training to maintain product knowledge; identify opportunities to improve customer service and department profitability.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations when performing work.
