Job summary

WM is seeking a Diesel/CNG Mechanic in the Woburn, MA area to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. You will work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday with potential Saturdays as needed, and you must carry your own required tools.

A strong mechanical background and adherence to safety standards are essential. Starting pay ranges from $23.29 to $34.94 per hour, with benefits including healthcare, tool allowance up to $2,500, boot allowance up to $300, and

Qualifications

• 2 years as a mechanic technician on heavy equipment or trucks.
• 2 years inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing trucks and stationary equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located.
• Valid Driver's License upon Hire

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues in vehicles and equipment.
• Repair and replace engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Test vehicle systems and adjust components for proper function.
• Collaborate with team and provide guidance to junior staff.
