Ricart Buick GMC Chevrolet in Dublin, OH is hiring a Fleet & Commercial Diesel Technician. This full-time role offers a flat‑rate pay structure, and a walk‑in flow of high‑volume commercial work in a newly equipped facility just outside Dublin.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with medium‑duty diesel engines, diagnostic tools, and electrical/hydraulic systems, plus your own tool set and ASE/OEM training. Excellent pay potential and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing medium-duty diesel engines.
• Proficient with OEM/aftermarket diagnostic tools.
• Own a comprehensive set of personal hand and power tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing medium-duty diesel engines, commercial fleets, and light/medium trucks (Diesel experience is a major plus!).
• Diagnostic Competency: Proficiency with OEM/aftermarket diagnostic tools, electrical troubleshooting, driveability, diesel emissions, and hydraulic/brake systems.
• Self-Motivated & Gear-Ready: Must own a comprehensive set of personal hand and power tools appropriate for commercial vehicle repair.
• Certifications: Current ASE Certifications (Medium/Heavy Truck T-Series) or OEM factory training preferred.
• Reliability: A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a commitment to complying with shop safety standards.

Compensation & Benefits:
