Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License (CDL preferred).
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks safely.
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Determines mechanical, electrical, or other repair areas to meet customer expectations.
• Diagnoses and repairs truck breakdowns.
• Repairs transmission, driveline, and differentials.
• Performs new vehicle PDIs; inspects for missing/damaged parts and verifies operations.
• Installs accessories to vehicles such as drop visors, bug shields, and chrome parts.
• Diagnose steering, suspension, and driveline issues; repair components.
• Performs alignments and wheel balancing.
• Programs vehicle settings for customer needs.
• Tests alignments on rack and installs counterweights as needed.
• Keeps work areas clean and completes all forms and documents.
