Job summary

C & B Operations is hiring a John Deere Service Tech for our Miles City, Montana location. You will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain customer and dealer-owned agricultural equipment.

Qualifications

• Associates or better in Diesel Technology or related field, preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion commonly required for tasks.
• Willingness to learn and train in new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural farm equipment.
• Participates in training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
• Completes all job notes in conjunction with work assignments.
• Accounts for all time on a digital timecard and for all material used.
• Maintains current product knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Promotes and sells service department to customers, including inspections and parts.
• Follows all safety procedures and works safely.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
