Lakeside Job Title: Foil & Embossing Press Operator 1

Pay: $22.00/hr - 23.50 (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)

Additional Incentives:

• Up to $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement after 60 days of employment.
• Phoenix Color will provide all tools necessary.

• 2 Weeks Vacation to start.

Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: 18249 Phoenix Dr., Hagerstown, MD 21742

Responsibilities:

1. Create embossing dies to be used in the Foil Department while following all safety and quality control standards.
2. Use CNC machinery and milling equipment to create dies for foil and embossing departments accurately.
3. Send PDF files to the customer service representative and copy of report to manager.
4. Work with chemicals to etch dies and prepare for use.
5. Check master metal dies for accuracy and proper sizing in order to create duplicates.
6. Inventory department supplies and order as needed to maintain production.
7. Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures.
8. All other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

1. Must be able to lift 60 pounds and work in varying conditions.
2. May be exposed to chemicals and vapors.

Qualifications:

1. High level of attention to detail.
2. Ability to work as a team or independently.
3. Must be able to read and understand written instructions, read a ruler and perform basic math.
