Job Description

Position: 3rd Shift - 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, with paid lunch

Title: Die Set-up Operator

Reports To: Tooling Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble components based on instructions
  • Maintain a clean workspace following 6S standards
  • Replenish inventory and restock shelves
  • Organize components in designated areas
  • Manage carts between injection queue and setup areas
  • Inspect component quality and handle scrap
  • Remove flash and repair wax components
  • Work safely at all times
  • Use AQCS and follow instructions accurately
  • Complete timesheets and inventory data
Principal Responsibilities:

Assemble and repair components, maintain organization, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Physical and Mental Demands:
  • Ability to lift and move materials and carts
  • Understanding of setup processes
  • Effective communication with leads
