Responsibilities

• Perform complete die sets per setup book by installing and testing dies, loading press feeders and applying adjustments.
• Inspect and tag dies for cleaning and repair, and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Record data and monitor downtime, report nonconformities to Quality.
• Assist in training operators on basic machine operations and quality inspections.
• Maintain safety and quality in all die-setups and presses.
