AUTOKINITON is actively seeking qualified individuals for a full-time role in our Operations team in Michigan. The position involves operating progressive presses, setting dies, and ensuring accuracy in part quality while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

We require reading TS16949/ISO-14001 procedures, overtime flexibility, and a valid driver's license, with crane/hilo licensing obtainable. Competitive wages, benefits, and relocation assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• Reading TS16949 and ISO-14001 procedures located on company resources.
• Able to work required overtime with minimal notice.
• High housekeeping standards and good safety record.
• Provide some your own hand tools.
• Able to obtain crane and hilo license.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Must operate prog presses and align dies in press.
• Start the press and monitor operation for misalignment or malfunction.
• Run material through the die and inspect parts for conformance.
• Adjust machine to correct errors and report problems to Supervisor.
• Identify dies and part numbers on all presses and setup flatness of steel.
• Setup and obtain first piece approval on prog, tandem, robotic presses.
• Follow procedures and complete paperwork for die changes.
• Operate crane and lift truck for setup or material handling.
• Train other associates and participate in continuous improvement.
