Electrolux Group is seeking a Setter– Operator III for the weekend shift based in Springfield, Tennessee. You will be responsible for die setting and press operation within a structured manufacturing environment, following defined procedures and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of die setting/press experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. English literacy and a high school diploma are required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years die setting/press operator experience.
• Active driver’s license.
• Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Able to read and write English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Pass Lock out/Tag out as required.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and decision-making within own area.
• Apply experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise.
• Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
• Receive verbal and written information.
• Complete necessary documentation and communicate accurately and timely.
• Understand written instructions and communicate them to others.
